I want to Add / Remove a unit from a Persons Enrolment
If you would like to add or remove a unit from a persons enrolment you will first need to make sure that the unit has been added in at the training structure level, ticked off against the corresponding offering, then added to a persons enrolment. Please follow the example below and the steps with it to accomplish adding a unit to a persons enrolment.
Example
Fred Smith is undergoing a qualification in Leadership and Management and wishes to change one of the units he is enrolled into.
By viewing his enrolment and going to the Training Structure tab you will be able to see the units that have been put against persons enrolment.
He wishes to change out of the unit of "Promote products and services" for another unit called "Maintain business records". However that particular unit is not available in his training structure.
To facilitate this request, we will first need to add in the unit to the training structure in Administration > Training Structure.
Find the corresponding training structure element, highlight it and click on the "Add" button, select "Unit as the training type and find the unit you wish to add.
Proceed to save it and commit the change by highlighting the training structure element with a pencil against it and pressing the "Commit" button
Now that the unit has been added to the Training structure, you will need to add the unit to the offering. You can do so by going through to the persons enrolment, or by going through to Administration > Offerings. Track down and open up the offering and go to the "Custom Training Structure" tab and edit in the new unit for it.
This will then add the unit to the offering making it available for selection against the enrolments relating to it. You will now have to through to the participants training structure and select the new unit in their enrolment training structure and in Freds case remove the one he is no longer doing.
Once saved the new unit will be against the persons enrolment and show in their "Units and Modules" list on their Enrolment Details.
