Q: The unit I am trying to find isn’t in the training packages. Why?
A: The first 3 letters of the unit code show what training package it will be in e.g. RIICOM201D will be in the RII training package. If you still can’t find it go to the Units tab and change ‘Scoped’ to ‘All’, you can then search this for your unit.
Q: If I scope a Qualification does it scope the units of the Qualification also?
A: No, a qualification has core and selective units. Because of this it can be different between two RTOs.
