Q: I am trying to select someone to attend but they aren’t in the available list?

A: Make sure you create them in the system as a person first. If they are also booked for another meeting at the same time they won’t be available either.

Q: The resources I’m trying to select aren’t in the list?

A: If someone else has made a booking with those resources in the same timeframe they won’t be available. Also make sure the resource has been created in tútis first.
