Home Page
There are a range of helpful features on the tutis home screen. Depending on what permissions you have will determine which of these features appear on your home screen.
This feature will list all assessments awaiting content expert sign off in the system. Assessments will require content expert sign off if the assessor is not set up as a content expert for the primary unit of competency for the assessment.

This feature will list all activated assessments in the system, and will include information on submitted date, the number of attempts taken, who the assessor is, when it was assessed and the grade outcome. This is an informational table only and assessments cannot be marked or accessed from this table.

This feature will list all completed assessments in the system that are awaiting marking for all assessors. This is designed as an informational table only, and assessments cannot be marked from this field.

This feature will list all completed assessments in the system that are awaiting marking. The user must be the assessor for the assessment in the system for the completed assessment to appear in this list. The assessor can also mark the assessment from the home page.

This feature can be enabled to appear on student/participant home pages. Once a participant enabled assessment is activated for the student/participant it will appear in this feature on their home page. The student can attempt the assessment from the home page.

This feature lists all bookings requiring approval and allows the user to sign off on these bookings from the homepage table

This feature allows Content Experts to upload their own evidence to the system. It will also allow them to see whether or not uploaded evidence has been validated.

This feature lists all content expert evidence that has been uploaded to the system that requires validation and allows the user to validate them from the home screen.

This feature enables easy access to any credentials that have been generated in the system. If enabled, this feature will only list credentials for the user who is logged into the system. The user can also view enrolment information relating to the credential from this feature.

This feature is used to monitor data inconsistencies in the system. The system will pick up issues or potential issues and list them in the Data Inconsistencies feature so they can be corrected prior to reporting.

This feature will list potential duplicate persons in the system, allow you to review these and if they are duplicates, merge the records. Potential duplicates are identified by the system where first name, last name and date of birth of two persons records are the same.

The feature allows users to view unit and module progress for all active enrolments in the system. This can be filtered to show units and modules that have been started by students, and all units and modules.

This feature allows users to view and approve all self enrolments requiring approval in the system. This is a general permission. This list can be filtered to show Unprocessed, Processed, Approved, Rejected and All.

This feature allows users to view and approve all self enrolments for people they are the manager for. This list can be filtered to show Unapproved and Rejected.

This feature has been enabled to list any enrolments with special requirements for trainer/assessors. This will list only enrolments that they are the trainer / assessor for.

This feature allows the user to conduct a Gap analysis for their own Skill Sets from the home page. This will show what Skill Sets they are missing for their current position, but can also allow them to run a comparison between their current position and a secondary position to compare what additional Skill Sets are required for the secondary position and whether or not they currently have it.

This is a monitoring list for Instrument Coordinators that shows all instruments that are NOT in use.

This feature will list all instruments that the user has been assigned as a trialer for that are awaiting trial.

This feature allows the user to view continuous improvement issues that they are responsible for, as well as adding new issues from the home page.

This feature allows trainers to see their workplace visit records for students. The system will filter information in the notes sections that are associated with the following note types:
- WV - Workplace Visit
- WS - Workplace Visit (Signup)
- CC - Classroom Course
- IM - Interstate/Medical Absence
- FV - Failed Visit

This feature enables users to view their Open Incidents on the home page

This feature allows the user to view all overdue credentials in their deployment. The system classifies credentials as overdue if:
- If an enrolment has an outcome of overdue and the learner completed one or more units and an SoA has not yet been issued for these units
- If an enrolled course is completed but no qualification or statement of attainment has been issued

This feature allows the user to view all overdue payments in the system from the home page. Overdue payments are classified by payments where the status is set as Scheduled. Once the scheduled date is reached (and beyond) the system classifies the payment as overdue.

This allows users to view all payments in the system that are awaiting confirmation from the home page. From this view they can also confirm payments.

This feature enables a quick view of any enrolments missing AVETMISS details on the home page.
Please note if the AVETMISS Details Reviewed section is ticked in the Persons records, any missing AVETMISS details will NOT appear in this feature.

No permission needed. If the deployment is AVETMISS reporting enabled, all internal users will have this feature on their home page.
This feature allows a user to run a Skill Set Gap Analysis for a particular project on the home page. Missing Skill Sets can also be added from the home page with this feature.

This feature allows users to see project positions that do not have the required number of contractors assigned to them. From this feature users can also assign contractors to project positions.

This feature allows users to view upcoming projects and their status on the home screen. Can also be filtered to view past projects.

This feature allows the user to process reservations from the home screen. This list can be filtered to display Unprocessed, Processed, Approved, Rejected and All.

This feature allows users to view Third Party Reports that are awaiting sign off from the home page. This can be set for Supervisor sign off only or Signoff by any user who has this permission.
