From the Dashboard, clicking view next to the course or qualification will take you to the page that lists all the units and modules associated with this course or qualification.

When viewing your enrolment, you will be able to see outcomes for completed units or modules, as well as progress of those you are currently undertaking.

Depending on the status of the unit/module you will be able to click Start, View or Continue to access this related information.

Any documents linked to a unit or module can be downloaded from this page by clicking the Download button in the far right column.

From this section you can also undertake eLearning activities by clicking the Continue button next to the activity listed.

Once you have completed the eLearning course, click finalise and you will be returned to the unit details page. From there you can then undertake any knowledge and skills assessments that have been activated for that unit of competency.

Click Start next to the Assessment you want to undertake and this will take you to the Assessment Details page.

Press Start again to launch the assessment. Some assessments may be timed. Once you click the Launch button, the assessment will no longer be accessable after the given time period.

Once the assessment is launched you can work through answering all questions in all sections of the assessment. Once all are completed you can click submit. If you have partially completed your assessment and wish to exit and complete the assessment you can click save. This will save your progress and return you to the unit details page.

Once your assessor has marked your assessment, any questions you may have gotten wrong will be available to reattempt. You can access this assessment on your dashboard in the Assessments Ready to Attempt section or by going to the unit details page.

Submitted Assessment Awaiting Marking

The Assessment Details page will show the status of your assessment, as well as listing the number of questions you got correct.

Once you are in the assessment, questions that appear in red are the questions you got incorrect and need to reattempt. You can then go through and complete these questions and re-submit your assessment for marking.

Notes provided by your assessor on the incorrect questions will also appear at the bottom to guide you in your re-attempt. Once you have successfully completed an assessment, you can access your attempt history by finding the assessment in the unit details.
