Missing Skills assessment on Enrolment

Problem

A skills assessment has been completed on the mobile device but it's not appearing in Tutis.

Solution

Make sure you have a stable internet connection on the tablet and didn't lose connectivity during the assessment. If you did the assessment offline you need to log into your device and select Send and Receive to clear your outbox. If the assessment still doesn't appear check your drafts box as it might not have been completed correctly.

  1. Log into mobile device.
  2. Select "Send and Receive".
  3. Check drafts.
  4. Contact support if assessment still doesn't appear.
